The personal data you submit to Radiotjänst, for example, with a new notification of TV possession, is processed by the Radiotjänst computer system.  Radiotjänst processes the personal data according to PuL, the Personal Data Act (1998:204) .  The purpose of the Act is to, among others, protect private persons so that their personal integrity is not violated when their personal data is processed.

Security

To be able to use the Internet services you will find under My pages and see the information about your TV Licence fee, you must be logged in.  To log in you must have your customer number and password, which are found on your invoice.

SSL Encryption

When you are logged in/logging in to My pages, all data between the website and your computer is encrypted with the Internet encryption SSL.  This means that no one other than you can partake in the data that is sent.

Affect the security yourself

You yourself can affect the security by not sharing your password with anyone, as well as by always logging out from the website when you leave the computer.  Save your invoices or store your login information safely so that you do not forget or lose them.
