Radiotjänst will investigate the case and when the investigation is done, we will send you a written decision. Invoices must be paid during the time you are waiting for the decision (15 § The Act on Financing of Radio and Television in the service of the public). The reassessment decision can be appealed in written form via Radiotjänst to the County Administrative Court of Norrbotten.
Radiotjänst must receive your request for reassessment within four (4) weeks after which the radio and TV fee was to have been paid. If the request for reassessment comes too late, we will only change the decision if it is obviously incorrect.
