Do you record the phone calls?

ANSWER: Yes, Radiotjänst do record the phone calls.

The purpose of the recordnings is to ensure the quality of the phone calls and for you to feel safe in your contact with us. The recordings are kept for a limited amount of time. 

The Swedish parliament has decided to replace the current radio and TV fee with a general public service fee as of 1 January 2019.
